Bouldin I/O

The handoff / 15 minutes

A short call with the right person in the room.

We qualify the fit, listen for the leak, and set the right specialist in motion. One door is enough; we do not force both on one call.

Two coworkers on a short business call with notes on the desk

01 / spend the time well

What happens in 15 minutes.

  1. First: confirm the business, the building, and the door worth discussing.
  2. Then: hear what the specialist would review and what information matters.
  3. At the end: decide whether to take a next step. There is no obligation to pursue either door.

Before the call, you can take the optional 90 Second Energy Audit through N2 LLC; see the energy page for details.

02 / bring the decision-maker

Who should attend.

Bring whoever controls payroll — the owner, CFO, or office manager — and, for the energy door, whoever pays the utility bill.

If a benefits review is on the table, include your CPA in the decision after the call. The CPA is the gate for tax questions.

03 / the boundary

What we will not do.

  • We do not install equipment.
  • We do not administer a plan or run payroll codes.
  • We do not give tax, legal, or ERISA advice.
